RUDE AND ***********

This company is the worst ever. I paid taxes and my order was out for delivery on 3 April. No one delivered and claimed to have called but I did not answer. Late that evening i received an sms with a link to reschedule for the next deliver date being 4 April. I waited and watched Mt phone like a crazy person for nothing to happen. Tried calling all day on the 4th but no one answers their dam phone. Eventually got hold of a consultant on the 5th and how rude. Kept telling me ill get it by Tuesday I explained it would be too late and I will collect my order because I can't wait and no one called. She hung up on me. Called again and again and eventually when someone did answer they were so unhelpful. I asked for a manager and surprise surprise the manager was on leave. Called again and was told that the manager was in a meeting and that even if I go to their warehouse I will leave without my parcel. I am so ****ed off. Their service is pathetic, the consultans and their drivers are ****s and ***********. Shein will loose customers because of Buffalo logistics. I read other reviews where people got no help even when attending to their place in Spartan. Now they saying they will deliver tomorrow, a Saturday and my office, we don't operate on a Saturday that means another dam delay. Worst logistics company ever
