RUDE AGENT !!!!!!

The parcel arrived on monday and the vats and duties were paid yesterday , so because the items are urgently needed i called so that i can collect the shipment or we can arrange an agent delivery the lady who refused to give me her name told me that the above can not be done by law when i asked which law are you refering ,

the lady then continued telling that no matter how much i can talk the shipment will be delivered next week even when i told her that i work for the same industry and am aware on how everything works ,

she then told me that unfortunalty this is not the company i am working for at Baffalo they will not allow what am requesting for .THEN HANGED UP THE PHONE ON ME .
