Rude Agent!!!!!!!

Hi

Just called and spoke to one of your RUDE agents ever, I was making an enquiry about my parcel as it is needed for this for a party this weekend . I spoke to an agent who refused to give me her name ( I really don’t know how you hire people who doesn’t have telephone etiquette to start with)

I wanted to personally come collect the parcel as I’ve stated it’s of great need and I was told straight up told NO!!! I tried to explain to her that I also work in the same industry as her and I would cut delivery as clearance has already been done and the vat and duties paid and she hung up the phone on my ear.

I have had shipments before and it has never been an issue if I have to come and collect.

I need that lady to be dealt cause it clearly shows that it’s not her first time doing this to a client and I believe that all your calls are recorded and it will not be difficult for her to be found
