Ridiculous service

The lies from Buffalo are so disgusting! Their driver received my parcel on the 9th October and on the 14th October it says the offices were closed. Since when are big offices closed during working hours? At 11am??? The driver didn’t even bother to call me to say I’m here where are you! Then again he’s given the parcel but no communication from him nothing coz he’s waiting to say the offices were closed again! I’m so angry and you ask to talk to the supervisor they tell you he’s in a meeting. What ****en meeting when his workers are bunch of *********** people!
