Ridiculous service

Buffalo is very ridiculous, I had ordered from Shein, I took about 2 weeks to settle my customs payment of which you have 45 days to settle. Oryt after I paid customs I received a notification stating that my customs have been paid successfully. On Thursday morning the 18th of July 2023 I received an sms saying my order is out for delivery, hours later I got a message saying my order has been returned because of incorrect address…. I have been using this address for the past 6 years and it’s my work address…. Ever since shein was still using DHL, and mind you , I’ve had about 5/6 deliveries to my current address from Buffalo but suddenly now it’s incorrect or whatever. I am extremely sad and unhappy with Buffalo!!!!! Not even a phone call to get my address right Nothing….. Worst of all the Whatsap chat is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I am also going on Tik Tok ….. I paid for this things and now you’re being ***********!!!!
