RIDICULOUS DUTIES

Firstly, they do not respond to emails, phone calls or chat. Secondly, I have a big problem with goods ordered from Temu. The parcels get split into 5 and then for example for purchases of R1220 I am expected to pay Buffalo R2381.49. Another one - purchases of R300 - my duties are R1220.00. Surely that is not possible, in fact, it is downright outrageous. Hopefully they will respond to this and advise exactly how we get to resolve our issues with them.
