RETURNS

I have returns to Temu which I requested on the 31st July that has to be returned to Temu on the 14th of August I received WhatsApp that in two days parcels will be collected a week a week went buy on Saturday 9th August I get a miss call from the guy I called back it's Saturday not at work Monday someone will be sent Monday 11th no one calls nor come for the returns, today 12th August am on sick leave I got WhatsApp I called the driver told him am not at work but someone will to give the parcels he said he will be there around 11am and 12noon now after 1pm I send WhatsApp he read it done respond back I send voice note he listened to it never came back to me I called him no answer now this not for the 1st time I get this treatment from Buffalo logistics now my returns have to reach Temu on the 14th, Bad service indeed
