Returning parcel and claiming unsuccessful delivery.

Stop returning parcels without trying to contact us. No one called me and I was at the house the whole day and no delivery was attempted. The update cannot be that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. If drivers do not get through deliveries scheduled for the day then reschedule or call me when you are lost.
