Returned parcel not received by the supplier

On the 2nd of December I received a parcel that I had ordered from Temu I had to return one dress that was priced at R8oo+Upon approval of a return a gentleman named Dane came to collect the item on the 4th of December I followed up- with the gentleman on the progress regarding the return because I had not received my refund He said he was not in town but he will attend to it immediately I am told now that the the item didn't reach the destination and therefore the refund is cancelled I'm very frustrated because this is the second time that I return the item and end up losing both my money and my purchase
