Returned parcel and terrible service from Buffalo International Logistics

Buffalo logistics keeps dispatching and returning my parcel to to the warehouse without contacting me telephonically in advance. They claim that they tried to deliver on on Sunday, 15th December 2024 and found our office open but this is surprising since information on their website clearly states that they do not deliver on Sundays. I was not even contacted telephonically or else I would have made arrangements by waiting at the office even though we were closed. I have also struggled getting through their support center so I still do not have my parcel.

They apparently tried to deliver at the office again today, on a public holiday but did not even call me in advance so I can meet them there. Apparently they tried to deliver at 6:30 in the morning which is quite odd. Dealing with them has been very frustrating. I am very unhappy that I still have not received my parcel and am starting to wonder if I will.
