Return waiting to be collected for almost 2 months

I requested a return collection for my SHEIN on 4 Dec.. it is now 25 JAN and STILL no pick up.

I gave Buffalo some grace over December as i know it is a busy season but then called them in Jan and they said they would ''escalate it'' 5 days later - nothing. So we call again and are told their system says ''client cancelled return''. I DID NOT cancel the return!

So they reassigned it.

I call back a week later.. still NOTHING. (this was on 19 Jan) and am told.. they will assign and escalate.

here we are.. 25th Jan and STILL NO COLLECTION.
