Return still not collected 42 daya

I requested on the 24th of October a return from Shein, then received my buffelo tracking number. Buffelo still hasn't collected. This is the worst service I have ever received from you. I have log a ticket on mail and whatsapp Email: 1st response was it takes 7 to 14 days for collection. Then i had to complain thats its been 14 days and still nothing. Then I get an email that its been escalated...and once again no eta or response on when this will be sorted out??

Then I try and report it on the whatsapp line, where i received this response: The order has been successfully placed. Kindly be patient while we arrange a collection. Sorry

I have sent 6 mails And 20 whatsapp and when trying to phone but no one picks up.

Its now the 5th of Dec 2024 and I'm still waiting for a collection to receive my return.
