Return request being ignored

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the return process for an item I purchased from Temu for R500. The item didn't work, and I submitted a return request. However, despite numerous phone calls to Buffalo Logistics, the courier has yet to collect the parcel – three months after the initial request.

I've spoken to Simpiwe multiple times, and he's consistently stated that the issue has been escalated and that I need to wait 24 hours. I've had to reinstate the return request four times, as it cancels after 14 days.

I've also spoken to Manager Christine twice, and she promised to call me back. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for her response. Yesterday, I was told she was in a meeting and would call me back. I'm still waiting.You need to find a manager that phones people back!Really bad!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received from Buffalo Logistics and Temu. I urge you to assist me in returning the package and receiving a credit refund.I would not recommend anyone to do service throught them
