Return & Refund

I returned my SHEIN parcel with buffalo on the 17 March, a guy from buffalo picked up my order. It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my refund from SHEIN. When I emailed SHEIN they said they didn’t receive my package and I should contact buffalo. I’ve been trying to get ahold of buffalo for weeks almost everyday I’ve been calling and emailing and no response. Pathetic customer service coming from buffalo.

Buffalo please can you track my package asap as it was a big order. My shipping number is BUFEX***YQ and my order number is GSHNK***QVM.
