Return /Refund

I have ordered on an app called Temu which they use Buffalo International logistics for delivery, which they did deliver my order on the 27th of February 2024,on the same day I received my order I requested for return since I am not happy with their products. I got an SMS from Buffalo international logistics to come and pick up the return within 2 days, but since then there's no communication from Buffalo international logistics and now Temu is sending email that they are going to close refund /return window period within 7 working days, since 14 days have passed.
