Return of shein parcel

I am reporting a matter that i cannot get fixed or receive any help or information on. 5 September a parcel was picked up. This parcel was due for a return to shein. A month passed and still no process happened. It says on Shein that the parcel was canceled. I contacted DTP and they said that there is a wrong tracking number. I even went to the warehouse and they helped me. After two week Buffalo contacted me.

Yesterday one the agents whatsapped me, and told me to cancel the return window and reopen one on shein. I did as she asked but i couldnt log another return request since a month has already passed. The agent had a pathetic response and was of no help. She rather had an attitude. Her name is Khensani Baloyi. Again, i called Buffalo but this time the agent put the call on hold and never responded I called your number and talked to another agent and he said that his supervisor will contact me.

No one contacted me.

As you can imagine, this has been a very frustrating process trying to get my parcel to be returned and now it seems it going to be another process getting my parcel back to my adres.
