Return not collected after 3 weeks if logging it on Shein!

Collection of my return which i logged 3 weeks back still not done yet every day i get a message saying “Alfonso” will come collect ! Beyond annoyed and what makes it worse is that you cannot even get ahold of someone to resolve your query, terrible terrible service i hope Shein stops using this company.

Weirdest thing is that your drivers are dropping off parcels for my colleagues frequently but none are assigned to collect my parcel.
