Return not collected

I logged a return on the 19 October 2023, and to this day the items have not been collected. I did a follow with Buffalo and I was told that the return was cancelled due to incorrect information. I asked them what is the incorrect information and the call centre agent said he doesnt know. From my Shein app the return is not cancelled and still stating awating collection.
