Return not collected

I love Buffalo International Logistics when it comes to deliveries, they communicate and always on time. Their service is not the same when it comes to returns and collections.

I received my order on the 2 July and logged my return same day. The instruction was to call their number after 4 days if no one has reached out to me to collect.

I called a few times and still no one has been able to help me, it still says the return is in progress.

Can someone please help. The return is still not collected 3 weeks later.
