Return collection STILL not done!!!

Since my review on 26 June 2024, nothing has changed. The return parcel has STILL not been collected.

Every time I email customer support, they say tomorrow. Every time its tomorrow. Dont know how many tomorrows there are. My last day for return is on 9 July. If they dont get it, I wont get my money back. Someone is going to pay for this return money if not in time and it will not be me.
