Requested a refund since March 2024, STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get a refund on the tax paid twice in error, since March 2024. Despite all the necessary docs sent to them and numerous emails, phone calls and Hellopeter posts. I have received no response. A rating of 1 is far too good, they deserve a minus 5 rating. DO NOT USE BUFFALO, as their admin is totally dysfunctional!!!!!!!!!!!
