Refund requested

I ordered a parcel of Shein. Paid the import tax. Phoned every day. They kept on saying not reflecting. I then paid it again. Both payments has since gone off my account. I had to send *** the proof. I have now followed this up more than once. SHE DOES NOT COME BACK TO ME. This is pathetic service.
