Refund query against Buffalo International Logistics

Since Buffalo International Logistics is working with shein I paid Buffalo International Logistics and R700 for my shein products. The Buffalo company told me that my order Will be dispatched before the 25th of December 2024 I paid on the 15:50 16/12/2024. I wait and wait tried calling the company i got no response or feedback soon earlier on the 30th I got a message saying.Due to the South Africa customs policy, your package may incur tariff. The exact amount of tax will be R740 for delivery to be dispatched. While I paid them on the 15:50 16/12/2024 . Now I paid again after receiving a message saying "your package is lost .I paid R740 .the order that was lost was supposed to be dispatched by Daniel mohau
