Refund problem from 3 April 2024 to date and still awaiting refund

In April this year i had a double deduction on a order of mine from Temu I have notify the my phone were the forward me the refund document I completed the document as requested and proof o the dubble deduction To get hold of them by phone is a nightmare If they answer the phone they say everytime submit documents I done that on three occasions I got so p. off I demand to speak to a manager The agent said that she is in a meeting I asked that she must contact me ,were agent send Email No luck on communications After numerous emails and i main numerous emails from April to date Im stil in the same position were i were in the bigging of April By what Buffalo logistics is doing I'm now very sceptic to bay from Temo or any other company that use Buffalo logistics as there courier services
