Refund Parcel.

I ordered something at Shein,more than a month ago. So some of the clothes did not fit,so I asked for a refund. Buffalo International Logistics was supposed to pick up the parcel,but the only thing they did was just to send a message to arrange the pickup day with a number BUFEX***YQ, so here we are a month later and I am still have the package,I send them several messages,but with no luck,they just reply that a courier was arranged,but nobody came to get the parcel.

Bad service.
