refund of my money in your buffalo app(app that does not work)

It has been 31 days of me struggling to get my money BACK from buffalo, ive paid R630 into the buffalo app on my phone, i can see that my money is there in the wallet but there app is NOT WORKING, ive phone 7 times and at the end someone assited me and gave me a ticket number because my case has been send to the supervisor, for 3 weeks NO FEEDBACK nothing, I WANT MY MONEY BACK BUFFALO, you are steeling my money because you refuse to assist me or get back to me i have 11 mails send to with proof of my payment and proof and photos of the APP YOUR PHONE APP with my money. I will not stop till im refunded
