Refund not received

Return dumped at the warehouse in Kempton Park while I as a valued customer is patiently waiting for my refund

I logged a return to SHEIN on the app on the 15th of September, opted to use my own courier to send back the parcel, the parcel was sent back to your warehouse in Kempton Park as per the instructions on the app. It was delivered to the warehouse on the 18th of September, till today I have not received my money, I have called the number provided on the app which is *** several times and they keep telling me they will capture and that it’s has been received at your warehouse but till today nothing.

I used The Courier Guy to send the parcel back and the have proof that it was received and signed for by the guy named Mpho at your warehouse in Kempton Park. Now I cannot even get hold of anyone there and I really don’t know what to do or say anymore.

I desperately need my refund it’s a lot of money. Hope you will be able to assist accordingly. Attached is a proof of when the return was logged. My name is Zamantungwa and my contact number is ***
