Refund for duplicate payment

I made a double payment accidentally last year September for goods ordered on Shein . I have phoned Buffalo logistics numerous times sent over 10 emails with proof of payment. No refund yet. I completed the refund form as asked. Spoke to someone in management still no refund!!
