Refund

I have running after Buffalo for my refund for a long time now, their customer care agents are so useless they keep telling me stories I was even told the person responsible for refunds is not at work for 2 consecutive days I ask myself how a whole company only has 1 person working for refunds? They do not follow up with their clients you must contact them every day in order to get feedback which they will even ignore you on their chats they l also do not respond to emails it's like they don't care about their clients!
