Refund

I have been writing to you guys since last year i have communicated with the compay several times as i need my refund but i was taken from pillar to post and even this platform is not helping. I have send more money than the one they asked for by mistake I tried getting it back but no one is helping me, this is the parcel im referring too BUFZA***YQ i paid R552 instant of R52. I have spoken to supervisor, clerks they told me to fill a refund form which i did and was told im going to get my money withing 7 to 14 days but its been over a year now hope you will help me this time
