Refund

I've been buying from Shein online stores for quiet sometime and Buffalo was delivering for them. My last purchase was not satisfactory and requested a refund, a unique online code was created for them to come and collect the parcel BUFEX***YQ in October,they never did and never communicated the reason for not collecting. I've sent several emails but there's no response. I'm so disappointed at them
