Refund and transit.

I returned a package using this logistics company. This was two months ago. The company has yet to transport the package back to the original company. When I try to contact Buffalo I only receive emails from the bot. The same happens when I phone them. I hope that this review will attract the necessary attention for me to get my refund!!!
