Refund

Dear HelloPeter

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with buffalo courier. Unfortunately, I was double debited and requested for refund since 12 December 2023 I submitted all of the standard requirements and was advised that it take 7 to 14 business days in order for the refund to be processed, only yesterday I received an confirmation email that my refund request is referred to the relevant department for processing and to wait another 7 to 14 business days. I have tried to resolve this issue through calls and emails However, no one is getting back to me. I have all of the email trails saved on my Drive and all of the calls reference numbers.
