Refund
From last year august till today, I have not received a refund that was due because of shein cancelling my order whilst I had already paid duty fees to buffalo. So I have been waiting for Palesa leotlela to respond to my emails since I sent a form requesting my refund to them. The last response was they will look into the matter. I am writing to hello Peter looking for help because this is unfair to me

I want my money back, Buffalo might not care about my complaint cos it's clear they are not taking it serious but I work very hard for my money and purchased what I desired with it, as for waiting the entire year for a refund is not a way to do business . I want my money ! Can someone please just do their job !

I want my money back, Buffalo might not care about my complaint cos it's clear they are not taking it serious but I work very hard for my money and purchased what I desired with it, as for waiting the entire year for a refund is not a way to do business .
