Refund

I have paid this company and used the wrong ref for them to release and deliver my SHEIN order, I tried to reach out to them no one replies to email or WhatsApp. I paid again with the correct ref but I still want them to refund me the I paid using the wrong ref

This was last month already no one is responding to my request
