Refund

I mistakenly paid them online twice and they claimed that they can't trace my money what baffled me is that I received the goods I was paying for. But they cannot trace the second amount sent to their account. I've been querying this with them for over 3 months now I've been taken from pillar to post even capitec my bank cannot help me on this one.
