Refund

I made a mistake and deposited the courier fee of R7500 instead of R75 I was told to fill in the form and send POP to Buffalo logistics but to date my money has not been paid I was told it will take 14 working days meaning i was supposed to receive it on the 02-08-2024 now when I call them they cannot assist with my refund they are sending me from pillar to post.
