I have not received my refund since last year , sent emails to palesa responsible for refunds .. still nothing

01 May 2024, 09:38The tracking number is BUFZA***YQ I have sent refund form , proof of payments.. several times. The last response I got was that the parcel was received , meanwhile shein cancelled the order and I had to repurchase, that time I had already paid 400 for shipping. . Then I needed to pay another shipping fee for the repurchase. I just want my money , please give me back the money . And tell palesa leotlela to do her job and refund me
