refund

MY name is Beryl I have been writting and calling everyone regarding my refund I have spoken to Palesa who left me with no reply or solution I have spoken to Siyabonga the manager who told me he will get back to me and never did. Since november last year I have trying to get my refund. I called cape town and was told i must send an email to *** but never got a reply till today. When i call they take me from pillar to post and im using money to call them. their email address is refund.buffaloex.com but still no reply.
