Received incorrect order

My parcel got swapped with someone who's living in North West while I'm in the Eastern Cape. I've tried all methods of reaching the company phone calls, whatsapp, emails nothing. I'm very angry and sad at the same time i paid alot of money for those SHEIN clothes.
