Pure service

Very pure service my parcel was out for delivery yesterday. I've waited all day scheduled my day to be at home because i received an sms in the morning that my parcel was out for delivery I've tried to contact no response or communication at all driver didn't even call me. This morning my tracking details say failed to deliver meaning i was unavailable what nonsense is this now i must wait another 72 hours and call center is not even help so unprofessional and not reliable
