When I came here, I saw a bunch of very negative reviews about Buffalo Logistics, so much so, I was worried about my order, which at that stage had been held up by customs. I wondered then, how many people actually come on to write a review when they have had a positive experience... So here I am. I have now ordered about 10 different items from Temu—big, small, affordable, and expensive—and Buffalo Logistics has been amazing! They have communicated every step of the way. Most of my orders have arrived before the week is even up, and with regard to the one that got held up by customs, which was by far my most expensive, I called the customer care line and spoke to a wonderful lady, who assured me that I would receive my order in a timely manner and that I had nothing to worry about. I received it just short of two weeks later, and every part of the process was communicated with me via email. Thank you for the fantastic service, Buffalo Logistics and Temu!
