Poor/Worst Courier Service with customer support

Buffalo Logistics South Africa called to deliver my parcel, however I was not home. I have been trying to call/email/chat with them for the past week as my parcel was sent back to the Cape Town warehouse but there has been ZERO response or update. I have tried all of there channels and no answer. I need my package delivered ASAP!!!!
