Poort service

On Wednesday they let me know my parcel is out for delivery. When tracking it said wrongly allocated. I called in and asked what happiness and they told me the wrong person took my backage and will deliver in 48 hours. Thursday it said out for deliver, Friday still saying out for deliver and no delivery. It is Saterday still no delivery. I ordered early to make sure the package is here before a special birthday and now I have not received anything.

Because they mess up I must suffer the consequenses.
