Hi, I ordered an parcel from Shein and the transport service provider is Buffalo International Logistics, the company sent a link to make payment for duties and taxes and was paid online but they are not confirming my payment for the past 10 days and they do not reply to emails or answer telephone calls, I need my package as a screen shot of the payment was submitted.
