Poorest service of 2021

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. They said that my parcel will arrive on 14 Oct 2021 it didnt, then they said 18 it didnt, then they said 20 it didnt, then they said 22 and it didnt. I had to call 11 times to get hold of them to query this. When i finally got hold of somebody, they coudnt help me...Its as if they are saying ..your parcal is on route.. Absolutely frustarting experince. When i comapre thsi with Takealot, i can say with cer*****y, Takealot is signficantly better. Dr Fatima Adam.
