Poor unprofessional service

Good day No confirmation was made with me for Delivery of my Temu Order.

I tried contacting Buffalo, but got a Bot reply. I pressed 2 to speak to an Agent, early this morning, it's 20:00, and still waiting.

Delivery guy, M Alomo phoned me 15:00, stating he is at my work place, it is Friday, do they not know most people work half days on Fridays? How could they, they never phoned to confirm. He said I could send him live location on whatsapp, as I was at home, which I did.

I phoned him 15:23 he said he was still at my work place. I phoned him 16:07, he said he is still at my work place, I asked him why would he be more than 1hour at my work place, then he changed his story, saying he is delivering AROUND my work place.

He promised to deliver at 17:00. I had to pick up my child at work at 17:00, had to re-arange for her to get home.

I waited and waited.... 17:48 I phoned him again, his response: System closed, see you Monday.

Well-well, what an Uncompetent delivery Guy. Not confirming, setting times, but do not deliver, not informing me he is not coming any more.

Can a more capable person please deliver my Order on Monday at my work place, and please confirm my working hours, and time of delivery, please?
