Poor unacceptable service.

We have had a recurring problem with Buffalo couriers. We live a little remote and each time our delivery has to be delivered it gets conveniently shoved off onto the next delivery driver and the next etc because they are too lazy to drive down to us. Reason given for package return? No answer on the receivers phone, the missed call was half a second and I called back straight away to have the phone dropped on me. Absolutely unacceptable. Still waiting on a parcel meant for delivery that keeps getting moved onto another driver. Ridiculous.
