Poor treatment from buffalo driver

Good day I'm not happy with buffalo driver who came in my house yesterday,he was so impatient over the phone, I was at work he called asking if I can ask someone to receive my parcel, I call my sister but her phone was off due to loadshedding , then I can the driverbback bto let him know and he said I'm giving you 5 minutes to find someone,when I called bin 2 minutes he was gone and not answering my phone,bthe driver was so rude as if I didn't pay for delivery, I tried laying complain to Buffalo their answe was be patient parcel will be delivered on the 02.02.2024 even now no one is arrived at my house
