Poor & slow service

Buffalo is not reliable, i long ordered from Temu but till now i haven't gotten my order. I'm even moving from the current location tomorrow and there's no option to change my address to a new one, I've tried contacting them to no avail. Surely they're going to deliver the parcel when I'm long gone. It's not even the first time, i once ordered from shein and they delivered around 19h00 3 km ftom my given address. I had to make means to meet them half way to get my order because they chose nkt to come deliver to me!
